Foster homes are the foundation of our rescue and make our life-saving work possible. By opening your home temporarily, you’re giving a dog a safe place to heal, grow, and prepare for their forever family. This application helps us understand your household, experience, and preferences so we can match you with a foster dog that fits your home and lifestyle.

We understand that surrendering a pet is never an easy decision. Our goal is to gather as much information as possible about your dog so we can determine whether Tail Wags Rescue is able to assist and, if accepted, help us find the best possible placement. Please provide complete and honest information regarding your dog’s health, behavior, and history. Submission of this form does not guarantee acceptance into our rescue.
